SALE Oman

SALE launched its operations officially in Oman in April 2011. It serves the country’s main operator, Omantel,  as well as the MVNOs Renna Mobile and Friendi Mobile.

The company headquarters is based in the capital, Muscat, with five distribution centers situated across the country to provide optimal market coverage.

In the short time that SALE has been operating, it has established a network of 7,500 retail outlets addressed by over 50 salesmen, with monthly sales exceeding 5 million Omani riyals. It supplies all the major retailers (Lulu, Oman Oil, Al Maha, Shell Select, Khimji Ramdas)

A major part of  SALE’s success has bee the introduction of electronic voucher distribution to Omantel . In partnership with Euronet, SALE has installed over 1,200 EVD terminals and more than 300 ECRs have been integrated. The SALE sales team also uses the Ingevoucher ECC cash collection system based on handheld terminals to sell both plastic recharge cards and electronic vouchers.
